A non-refundable fee of £150 is payable to secure your wedding date.
By signing the contract and paying the booking fee you are agreeing to Lauren Garfitt’s Makeup & Hair terms and conditions.

Once the booking has been confirmed, a decrease in a number of services booked thereafter will still require the full payment that was agreed upon.

If you decide to postpone your wedding date to a future date I will endeavour to transfer your booking to a new date subject to availability. Should I have an existing booking on such a date no refunds will be offered.

A booking that requires a change of venue or move then a standard fee of £60 is added to the booking. Further charges may apply depending on travel distance.

For destination weddings

weddings that require overnight stays accommodation and travel must be fully provided and booked by you. Transfers, airport costs and food must also be covered.
In the unlikely event that I will not be able to attend the job due to circumstances out of my control, I will ensure to do my best to find a suitable replacement or give a refund of the incomplete services.
Travel costs are charged at 50p per mile. If travel is over 1.5 hours accommodation will be required, payable by you.

If after your trial we are not a creative match you have 7 days to cancel your booking with me.

If the appointment requires the artist to leave their location (TN1 2DY) prior to 6 am, overnight accommodation will be required and invoiced to the client separately.

In the case of Cancellations within 48 hours the full amount for the booking is required.
